I activated the "resubscribe option" on my Pardot forms. When i test it on Pardot with "view online" it's ok.
But when i test it on my website with the iframe form html code : it doesn't work. I can click on the hyperlink to send the email but the email is never sent.
Knowing that : on my website, to make appear a form we have to replace the "<iframe" by "[iframe" and the end </iframe> by </iframe]. If i dont do this, the form doesn't appear. Is it a problem to replace "<" by "[", it could be the origin of the issue ?

Did you ever get any resolution to this issue?
It may be the Layout Template the form is using. The unsubscribe functionality works in Pardot's default Standard layout template.
If you are using a custom Layout Template to better represent your brand - it may need a change or two to support the resubscribe functionality.
