Is there a way to mass retrieve prospects from the Pardot Recycle Bin?

We pushed thousands of leads and contacts into the recycle bin in Pardot due to inactivity, and recently realized that we would like to communicate with them. Many are customer contacts. Is there a way to retrieve these contacts and bring them out of the Pardot recycling bin in a large batch? Thank you!
