is there a list anywhere of the field mapping options for data import wizard?

I am trying to prepare some data for someone so that they can map just giving information with salesforce and need to know the salesforce fields. Is there a list somewhere so that i can do this?

HI kelly,

Do you want list of salesforce fields ?

Easy way is install salesforce inspector chrome plugin and open your salesforce and right side you shall see arrow button, ,click on it and you shall see import All, select the desired object and click on import all, it redirect to the Page with field list, you can copy the data and directly paste in excel sheet.
