Formula field not fully working

Question

I have a formula field that keeps showing my 'else' result instead of the actual value it should be showing. The issue seems to be with this one value, for the other values the formula works fine and I'm not sure what's going on. I realize I could probably write the formula a lot more efficiently but it seems to be working fine with the exception of any time "District level policy change or 7-figure budget win" is chosen it always results in null no matter what I pick for the second field.

Have you checked if you are using the correct API Name for that specific entry?

Hi Kimberly   You could try using a case function to make it more readable, but if the issue seems to only be that one value it sounds like the value isn't matching up with the api name of the value from your picklist.   Double check the picklist field in the object manager and make sure you use the api name instead of the label.
