I have access to an Unlimited Edition Sandbox Org and I wanted to play around and test Einstein Case Classification out myself before proposing it for our Production Org. However, I am not able to see Einstein Case Classification as an option in the Service Cloud Einstein section of Service Setup.
From my understanding of the documentation and related trailhead modules, there should be a Try Einstein version of Einstein Case Classification available since the sandbox has an Unlimited Edition license and I am accessing Service Setup from Lightning Experience. Additionally, I have the user permissions Customize Application, Manage Profiles and Permission Sets, and Modify All Data
and the org should not be a partner edition org or part of the Salesforce Government Cloud.
Is there something else that I am missing that I need to do to be able to work with Einstein Case Classification so that I can have some hands-on experience with it?

Go to Setup > search Einstein Classification > turn on toggle > wait ca 20 mins until it turns blue. Sandbox provide the Try Einstein version, yes.
