Hello,
After much trial and error, I've finally managed to get the Contacts, Households and Organizational Accounts aligned upon import.
However, when I inspected the opportunities/donor records, it appeared that they duplicated despite being in alignment in my spreadsheet. What happened here?
- What changes do I need to make to my NPSP Import Template so that my donation records are not duplicated?
- What settings will I require on import so that this does not happen to my donor records?
- What settings will I require so that donations properly attribute and roll up upon load?
Thanks for your guidance on this issue. Please let me know if you require more documentation on this issue.
