Restoring data from an uninstalled App

Hello, we pre-maturely uninstalled our FinancialForce app from production while in preparation for installing Salesforce CPQ, not being fully aware that all our FF data would be gone. Luckily we did a data backup before doing so. Would it be possible to re-create these objects as custom objects (ie Legacy Invoices__c) and their fields and re-import the csv files back into our org? Is this a good alternative for restoring a custom app's "lost" data? The goal is to reference old FF data in Salesforce than having to scrub through multiple csv files. Your help would be much appreciated, thanks.

    I feel like you could potentially do it that way, but sounds like you're going to have your work cut out for you. That  said, outside maybe contacting FF and reinstalling the app and uploading the data again, that might be what you have to do...
