Text formula where i can overwrite the formula , with editable text

Hello everyone , i am would like to edit the texte of a Text formula  and overwrite the formula with editable text . Thanks in advance for the answer

Hi Amin,

We can't make the formula field editable but what we can do here, introduce a new text field for the user ehich will be editable.

And use the reference of this new text filed in the formula of formula field as per your desire formula logic.

Please share some more clarity if I misunderstood the requirement.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the Field Type from Formula field to Text field.   Other option is to export your current Data via report  don't forget to include the Record ID , create a new text field, then hide the old Formula field. Finally, load the data to Salesforce.   Hope this helps!
