Dear All, 

 

Every time a case is created via email, the owner is xxx@xxx.com, then  the case is assign to an Agent. 

 

The angent answer to the custumer via email, and the assign user is still the agent, 

 

But once the customer answer to the email the Assign user change to xxx@xxx.com.

 

What would be the best way the avaoid this change of assign user?

    There should some kind of automation that assigns the case owner to xxx@xxx.com when an inbound email message comes through. I'd recommend checking the Process Builder or workflow rules.
