I would like to create an automation with process builder, that will change the opportunity record but only the one that has the primary contact.
Please tell me if it not clear.

Hi Amin,
Opportunity Contact Role is not a first class Object. Please upvote the below idea:

That means you can not create any Process Builder or WorkFlow or trigger on this Object. So the event should be on Opportunity. You can follow the discussion on the below forum for reference:
