Dear All, 

 

I am implementing the service cloud and as i preparing my sandbox , i realize that i have no close case button available, even if it already in the setup layout. Also, the status is not available on my record even if it is on the setup case status picklist.

 

So the big question, how do i close a case ? :)

    Try to check this:

     

    Navigate to Setup - Cases - Support Settings - Edit  and check the "Show Closed Statuses in Case Status Field", this should solve your problem!
