Have a scenario here that I can't figure out how to implement.
We are creating an approval process on the Opportunity level that is based around a field we have called Demo Score (this field weights other fields on the opportunity level to provide a qualification score to be used in the qualification process).
The approval process should be as follows:
If Demo Score < 30, automatic Rejection
If Demo Score >= 30 and < 89, send to Approver
If Demo Score >= 90, automatic Approved
Currently, I have the following Approval Process set up, but the way it's configured, it goes into step 1, however, it requires manual approval to move to next step. Basically, the approval is only required if demo score is between 30 and 90. otherwise, reject if under 30, approve if over 90.
How can I fix this? will I need 2 approvals processes or can I just use 1?

When an opportunity requests for reference request then the owner can twice log then the approval for the customer should be auto-reject. Based on the criteria it should happen. I am trying to do this process using flows when criteria are met then the field should be updated as Rejected in the approval. Is it possible?
Conditions :
The customer has used it twice in 7 days and unless the opportunity ACV value exceeds $300000. Then in the approval process, it should be rejected.
Can anyone help me with this scenario? Thank you
