I'm using the Napili template for an internal Employee Community. We have 8 different case record types, and we want Employee Community users to have the choice of any of the 8 when creating a case. Is this possible, and if so, how?

    Hi.  It should automatically show the Case Record Type if you enable multiple record types for the profile in question.  I am using the same template and it does it automatically when multiple record types are enabled.
