"When BGST agents save a new lead to the system, the system reverts them to the "Home" page instead of refreshing to the new lead to allow the agent to continue to work. This is impeding their ability to work efficiently.
This is new and began to happen on 3/25/21 and continues to be an issue.
The issue presents inconsistently."

the idea is that you can replicate and see if there is any logic performing the redirect
also you can also just start asking a cache refresh, in case something odd that end
