Sidebar lightning component refresh issue in mobile app

Hi all,

I have a lightning component which is placed in right sidebar of record detail page.It contains a link which calls a visualforce page containing another lightning component embedded in it. After save I wanted to refresh the original component which in right sidebar of record in salesforce1 app. How can I achieve this?
