Picklist Validation Rules

I am trying to create a validation rule for 2 picklists.  If a Lead Disqualification reason has been chosen, then something has to be picked from the Reason for disqualification picklist.  This is what I've come up with and I am getting errors.

 

AND(

 

      ISPICKVAL( Lead_Disqualification__c,"Annual Commit Issues,Bad Contact Info,Bad Previous Experience,Bad Reviews,Competitor,Do NOT Call,Duplicate,Express Lead Client,No Answer – 3 Dials,No Budget,Not Applicable Business,Not Interested,Out of Business,Seasonal SP,Too Much Work"),

 

        ISBLANK( Reason_for_Disqualification__c)

    Hi Jessica,

     

    the formula will be simply as below

    AND(
    NOT(ISBLANK(TEXT(Lead_Disqualification__c))),
    ISBLANK(TEXT(Reason_for_Disqualification__c))
    )

    Alternatively, you could look into creating a field dependecny between the two fields as both are picklist fields
