Can anyone direct me to a great resource / app/ instructions to setup FP&A budget templates that interface with XL Plus? Have used EPM, SAP, Hyperion - fairly new to SF and it's functionality. Ideally looking to have an excel template setup via add-on XL Plus and interface with SF to upload data (essentially mirroring excel template for Budget/Actual data).

Hi Pete,
Based on your question it looks like you are looking to import data into excel to salesforce...is it correct? there are several option in salesforce if you are looking to import data by using in built data import wizard or using dataloader to import the data. All files needs to be in CSV format which you can easily convert from excel.Check out following link on data import into salesforce. I assume you got respective objects in salesforce to upload the data.
