dataloader error - CPU time limit exceeded

Question

I am tring to update arounf 2,000 odd opportunity records via dataloaderm but receive this APEX error, This isnt the first time doing this large imports, so I am clueless what is causing this, I tried to reduce the files size to only 5 records and it still wont work snf sdjusted the batch job to 10m but to no avail Error - ERROR: tz.LocalTimeAccountTrigger: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded

It is failing due to issue in your trigger as it is called many times in your Data Upload.

Please check logs and see where it is failing
