Custom Settings Export for Updates

I need to export & update custom setting values , but I can't find the Custom Setting name in data loader or workbench? Where do I find / export the custom setting i.e. country code? Not the values on the records , the actual custom setting values?

    Hi Erin,

     

    The tricky part here is that there is no object called CustomObject or smth, instead, each custom setting is listed as an individual Object to be exported. E.g. if your custom setting is called 'Setup Value', you'll need to look for the Salesforce Object 'Setup_Value__c' (my org has a namespace, so the name is even weirder):
