Flow

I have a flow in which i would like users to be able to update existing records (Initiative Tracking related list records). I want to have a picklist where the values are a list of the account names listed on the Initiative Tracking related list records (eg., Hyvee, River Valley Foods, Target, and Walmart). The user will select Hyvee (for example) and the flow will allow him/her to update that existing record. 

 

What I am having a hard time doing is creating a picklist that displays the account name. Right now, I can create a picklist, but it shows the account ID, not the name.

    Ok, but how do I limit the accounts listed to those on the Initiative Tracking related list? I don't want all accounts in my Salesforce instance to be options!
