multi select record choice set - use in flow

Question

I have a multi select checkbox group element that I am using in a flow that driven by a record choice set. How can I use the records that the user selects in the multi select checkbox group later in a flow? For example, all of the products that the user checks off in the beginning of the flow, I would like to use later in the flow to create new records.
