Hi, i created a workflow rule on events (activity object) which should send a email to the customer when event is created or editet.

 

The rule works but it does not send out the email, if i put a adress in the field additional email it works

 

Maybe the problem is something like it does not know which email adress should be taken.

 

Do u have any ideas?

 

email alert does not work (target: send email to customer with workflow which is based on events)

    Hi Frank,

     

    Have you added the recipients from the Available recipients to Selected Recipients ?
