i created a custom link for the sidebar in the home object for creating a new commission ticket. There was already a link for another salesforce ticket, so i made my life easy and copied the link and changed the id of the new landingpage.
This is the new URL:https://emea.salesforce.com/500/e?retURL=%2F500%2Fo&RecordType=0127E0000000Ko8&ent=Case
I changed just this: 0127E0000000Ko8&ent
The Link doesn´t work. I get a error message and i don´t know what to do.
Unable to Access Page
The value of the "RecordType" parameter contains a character that is not allowed or the value exceeds the maximum allowed length. Remove the character from the parameter value or reduce the value length and resubmit. If the error still persists, report it to our Customer Support team. Provide the URL of the page you were requesting as well as any other related information.
Does anybody know what to do?

It was the wrong URL. At least i just copied the URL from the landingpage and replaced it in my custom link.
I also changed this link in the "page layout components"
