Process Builder Issue

I have created a process builder that if a certain product code is added on the opportunity product, to add another product which is a service contract.

 

However, I have entered all the correct details and it throws an error.

 

Has anybody done this? I read some information that you need to use flow and a process builder.

    What error exactly you are getting? if you can share the Process builder setup that you have got till now can be helpful.
