Hello Donald, we carefully evaluated both DocuSign and Adobe Sign (EchoSign that time). They both were great from technology standpoint and similar with pricing, but Adobe Sign was a little better from end-user prospective (actual experience of document signing process). We recommend Adobe Sign to our clients. Integration with Salesforce is a breeze.
Keep in mind, most likley you will need to also use Conga or other tool in order to pulls nesseserily data from Salesforce object to Adobe Sign invoice/document that. This is not a breeze.
The cool thing is that Adobe Sign not only can save signed PDF in Salesforce, but also write back into custom fields/objects.
