Add required field "Account Name" to the contact record when attempting to create a new contact from case object

How we can add "Account Name" to the contact record when attempting to create a new contact from the case object? Please see screenshot. Is this even possible? Thank you.

Good God! Please don't use that feature. That is really a waste of time.

There is only BAD things to say about it. I would HIGHLY recommend you to turn this feature OFF right away if you love your Salesforce Org.
