Lightning Sync options not available under "Lightning For Outlook And Lightning Sync"

In my company's org, I'm missing an option. Is there a setting I need to enable to reveal these options?  Here is a screenshot of a developer practice org, followed by what our org looks like.

    HI Brain,

     

    Yes, In profile, System permission, check the Lightnign sync permission is enabled or not.
