CHART NAME IS NOT CHANGING

For some reason the chart name is not changing (from the original) I dont know if I am hitting an error or what. But when I open the chart it says the correct name I changed it to. Should say "Last Month Quoting" not "weekly quoting may 7th".

    In the dashboard, edit the Chart Component and take screenshots of how it is currently setup, including the Chart Title, Heading, etc...
