Person Account available, cannot create Business Account

Question

Hi All, I am new to Person Accounts. I have a Dev environment that is running Person Accounts as of an hour ago.

I have an Account RecordType = Business and a Person Account RecordType = Person.

When I click New Account the only option is Person Account.

What do I need to do to allow me to choose between Person and Business for new accounts?
