Flow: OwnerId is a Queue - how do I find the id

I am building a flow to automatically create a Case: I need to populate the Case Owner Id with a Queue. How do I find the Queue Id? I opened the Queue record in Setup/Queues and the URL is:

Michael,

A Queue is just a Group (key prefix starts with 00G) where Type = 'Queue'. So I would guess that the Id in your first link (00G6D000001dYxc) is the correct one.

If you want to confirm, you could return the following query:

[Select Id from Group where Name = '<Whatever your Queue name is>' and Type = 'Queue']

You may have to append UAG to the id: 00G6D000001dYxcUAG
