Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge

Hey all, 

 

I keep getting an error for challenge 2 on the superbadge, and I dont know what I am doing wrong. Please help. I added a screenshot with what the error is saying Service Cloud Specialist Superbadge

    Hi Sohail,

     

    Ensure that you have assigned Cloud Technical Team Page Layout to System Administrator profile as per the requirements.

     

    -> Go to Case Object in setup

     

    -> Click Page Layouts

     

    -> Click Page Layout Assignment

     

    -> Click Edit Assignment

     

    -> Click System Admin Profile Row

     

    -> Select Cloud Technical Team Page Layout from 'Page Layout to Use'

     

    -> Click Save

     

    Hi Sohail, Ensure that you have assigned Cloud Technical Team Page Layout to System Administrator profile as per the requirements.
