Facebook to Salesforce Lead capture

Question

I installed the Salesforce Lead Capture managed package from appExchange (version 2.7).

Under the Lead Capture tab I created the task and authorised to map with Facebook Ad.

All values to lead fields are mapped and made active but the lead capture doesn't seems to be working.

No leads were found in Salesforce from Facebook.

Can some help in resolving it.
