I've been looking at the options for Live Agent and Auto Invitations, and I can't seem to find anything that says whether or not the button stays if the auto invitation is declined. Ideally, I would like to have the button appear, then have the pop up after a set period of time, then if they decline, have the button remain in case they need help later on instead of having the pop up re-appear.
