The use case is pretty simple in that I need the ability to create a task that can be completed by a queue or group of users. I understand that there's an idea that's been presented but interested in how others are getting around this? Chatter groups?
I have seen it where a user licensen will be used to create the task and that will be the owner of the task. And then use record types and page layouts to show who needs to complete the task.
