How do I allow a "case creator" to view their submitted cases, while it's "owned" by a different "case owner"?

Currently they are getting the "insufficient privileges" message when they access the case they had submitted, when it's owned by another person.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    The sharing path did not go well. :(

     

    I was hoping somebody had a silver bullet for me.

     

    Case teams make a lot of sense but I am not sure it will work for my org.
