Measuring created to converted date

Hi guys, I'm trying to measure the Lead Created date to the lead Converted Date

So I've got my created date lead field, but when i run a report on leads with conversions I've got a converted date field, but that doesnt appear as a field in the lead object (or opp object)

What am i missing?
