Not able to add the 'To' address field to the Email Quick action in the case feed layout.

I have recently implemented Feed Layout to case console. I have added the email action as to it, however when I try adding the to address field to the Select header fields for email in the feed view and saving it, it is throwing a custom validation error as below.

 

Validation Errors While Saving Record(s)

 

There were custom validation error(s) encountered while saving the affected record(s). The first validation error encountered was "Field: bad value for restricted picklist field: ToAddress".

 

Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

    Finally with the help of Salesforce Support, was able to figure the issue. There was a custom email field created in case with the api name ToAddress__c. when I renamed it to EmailToAddress, it worked.
