We are looking for a scheduling app that might integrate with Salesforce and Salesforce calendars in Salesforce that we can use in our Company Community to allow for easier scheduling of training sessions\interviews and presentation of upcoming events.
The ideal solution would allow for the following:
* Create\work with existing Calendar functionality in Salesforce to present available scheduled events and open times
* Allow people to sign up for events. The sign up will "count them" in a predetermined number of available slots or open ended. Then generate an email that will allow them to add an appointment to and Outlook-based calendar.
* Send automated remiders
* Allow us to set parameters - i.e. cancellations not allowed, email alerts for cancels
* Reporting capabilities that allow us to report attendance, cancellation, etc.
For those of you who have worked with it, would Cloud Scheduler provide any of this functionality??
