How do I add menu options to a community

I would like to have horizontal menus for my Koktua based community.

e.g. Home Knowledge Cases Blog Contact

Any idea how this is done

If you're using one of the preconfigured templates instead of Salesforce Tabs + Visualforce, the Tabs page is hidden by default. To display the page, click Administration. Preferences, then select Show all settings in CommunityManagement. Select the tabs to include in your community from the AvailableTabs list.
