I want to see what everybody is doing in Salesforce. Is that possible?
Think about the chatter e-mail that you get at the end of your workday. That is for me personal what I've done, but not for all my colleagues. I would like to have that kind of e-mail with all the information.

It sounds like you're trying to capture what users are doing (who's logging in, when, what pages are they accessing in Salesforce, what reports are they running / exporting) daily. Is that correct? If so, you may want to look into the Event Monitoring features of Salesforce Shield:
