We have a new lead program for agents. We are a master agency and most of our sales are from our agents(non employees non SFDC users). Their opportunities are put in through our website. If I load the leads in SFDC now I have duplicates.

How should I track this?

    How are your leads uploaded to salesforce?

     

    is there an API itegration done with the website to salesforce ?
