We are using the standard forecasting tab.
As almost every company we have different sales regions, and regional sales VP.
Currently we would like to group all the regional VP sales under a global VP sales to easier see all sales forecast from other revenue forecast...at the moment there is no real global VP sales user existing. I realized that we still need to assign a "dummy license" in order to be able to make this grouping. Is this really best practice? Spending a license?
Or would you know how we can group without spending it? Would we maybe need to introduce terrtory forecast?
Thanks for your help,
PHilipp

Hi Philipp,
You need to assign an active user to Global VP Sales in order to group all the regional VP Sales. This also works for territory forecast.

Hope that helps.
