Im looking of improving the forecast tab to directly see what were the weekly changes in numbers. So always see current value vs. historical value. And if current value has increased then it should be green and also growth in %, if its decreasing then in red etc.
I have understood that this is not possible directly within the forecast tab.
So I have tried to built a historical trending report (see below my first attempt).
But with the report Iam missing the color changes, % etc. as well as my cumulative forecast colmuns:
Closed Only (= closed won)
Commit (= closed won + committed)
Best Case (=closed won + committed + committed at risk)
Open Pipeline (=committed + committed at risk + uncommitted)
Also the whole thing should be working and nicely looking in lightning, if feasible.

I don't think conditional highlightning is already available in Lightning as per the Idea below:
