I'm trying to filter out "stalled" oppty. Our sales reps are always logging activities. Now I'd like to see all oppty that haven't had any activities in the past 14d also no upcoming activities scheduled.
Somehow either one or the other is showing. For example I can filter and only show the oppty that have no activities during last 14d but apparently only past activities are counting, i still get to see oppty in my report that have open, upcoming taks/events.

Well that's kinda outside the scope of your original post "all oppty without any upcoming tasks/event " If the Task has no Due Date there's no way of know whether it's in the past, or upcoming or how far in the past/future it is. Personally I would tighten that shit up with a Validation Rule or make the field required
