Approval process with Mulitable Steps

Hi I am trying to create an approval process that has multable steps in it. We need an approval on Dicount, Payment terms, Eval Period and Trade in. I have created the approval that gets triggered (Process Builder) when a rep checks the Submit for Approval - this all works correctly and an email goes out for the discount. However after that is approved I would of thought it would of went to the next one Payment terms. It doesn't I have each step set up with me as the manager and I only get the one email and only do the one approval. Then the record is unlocked and doesn't go back to being locked and no more notifications are sent

Hi Eric,

When you submit any record for approval, how many steps are you looking in the Approval History related list on that record's layout? I want to check, if it is showing any pending step or not. Also try to put some different users in approval to test.
