Need to give access to all files/content

I imported a LOT of content files into SF for our repository, and I need to give a group of users access to upload a new version.  How can I mass do this?  or is there a way to set this in a permission set?

 

I would be find with just sharing all files that I upload with this group for them to edit, but how can this be accomplished?
