Restore Backup Files?

We need to find files that we deleted in 12/2013.  I know they're already gone from our Recycle Bin.  How can I obtain these files?  Is it something I need to engage SalesForce in order to restore files on back up?

    The deleted files and objects time limit for salesforce is 15 days only.....
