Visualforce Opportunity Partner

Question

We have a VF page for our Opportunity page with the main oppty fields and oppty products, but we want to allow users to create opportunity Partner relationships at the same time they're creating their oppty. What would I need to add to the VF page to accomplish this?

I'm not knowledgable with HTML and need a little guidance.
