Mass email apps

Currently my organization is limited to 500 contacts being emailed at a time, 1,000 emails per day. This unfortunately is very restrictive of our work in communication and marketing. Are there any good apps out there, free or paid, that can alleviate this problem?

There are many email Marketing solutions but Mail Chimp is one the cost effective email marketing product.
