I assume that you're referring to this open issue:

note that this issue is currently only affecting rich text fields, so other fields should not be impacted
you current workarounds are:
- use a different browser (eg Chrome)
- use keyboard shortcuts CTRL+C & CTRL+V
I suggest that you click on the 'this affects me' on the link above, and this way you will get an email noptificaiton when the issue will be resolved by salesforce support
